RAFFLE

Thanks to the generous support from many of our sponsors, we will be holding multiple raffles during the course of the event to help raise funds for Australian Carpet Series. As you can imagine, hosting a purpose built event in a non typical racing venue has significant costs associated with it. Tickets for the raffle will be $5 each, and prizes up for grabs currently include, 2WD Buggy kits, GensAce Batteries, GensAce Chargers, Plaig Bearings, Protek Servos and Accessories

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Traveling from Greater Sydney, we ask that you bring your own table and chair. We also suggest you bring your own extension leads and power boards etc.

Traveling from Interstate or International, we ask that you select the “Interstate” option for a table and chair whilst entering the event. This will ensure a spot is allocated on a first come first served basis. If possible, please provide additional power boards where available.

Approved branded marquees, banners and signage will be allowed and encouraged within the venue. Yes we know it’s indoors, but it all adds to the experience.

RACE RESULTS

Live timing will be available during the event and will be posted on the liverc.com website during the event.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

There are quite a few options for accomodation in Penrith, and we’ve listed a few of the popular options for you below:

SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL

Make plans to catch up with family and friend on Saturday night at the Brisket Boys Penrith. We’re excited to have them come on board and we’re asking everyone to return the support. The track will be closed on Saturday night and we hope to see everyone at the Brisket Boys for some fun away from the track.
